Turner joins Heritage Hall

Heritage Hall is pleased to announce the appointment of Teresa Turner as the school’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
Turner will head the school’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to expand diversity awareness, promote inclusivity, and enrich the educational experience of all students. She will be assisted by Whittney Darko and Corry Smith, Associate Directors of Diversity and Inclusion in the Lower and Middle School divisions, respectively.
Turner succeeds Michael McDaniel as Heritage Hall’s director of diversity and inclusion.

Heritage Hall hosts Trunk or Treat

Frightening weather couldn’t scare young Chargers away from the Trunk or Treat event hosted by the Upper School prior to the varsity football game versus Kingfisher.
Usually held outside by the football field, a chilly, rainy forecast moved this year’s festivities into the Boghetich Gym, where a variety of Upper School clubs and athletic teams had set up tables with games and candy.

Casady School names Crossno dean of students

Body

Change is inevitable. In the Upper Division, there are new faces, a new schedule and a new dean of students.
Kevin Crossno is our new dean of students, but he isn’t completely new to the Casady community. During his previous time at Casady, he taught fifth and seventh grade history and assisted the theatre department with Middle and Upper Division productions.

Hall celebrates ‘TropicHall’ Homecoming

Earlier this month, Heritage Hall celebrated its “TropicHall” homecoming with a festive week of activities, including Upper School dress up days and class competitions and an all-school assembly.
On Monday, Upper School students embraced trends from decades past with elaborate hairstyles and an abundance of denim. Class competitions kicked off with hilarious cup stacking and donut on a string challenges.

Chargers show school spirit during Kickoff Week

Heritage Hall students, faculty, and staff came together for an all-school assembly to celebrate our fall sports teams and to get Charger fans of all ages pumped up for the football season opener versus Millwood.
Prior to kickoff, the Heritage Hall Alumni Association (HHAA) hosted its annual Kickoff Week Tailgate. The event included food trucks, face painting, a photo booth, and bounce houses. In honor of the School’s 50th Anniversary, alumni chorus members joined our current chorus in singing the national anthem. School Co-Founder Maxey Reynolds performed the coin toss.
